Reservations
Reservations are preferred but not required. Since availability is limited we recommend you make an appointment well in advance.
Lost Gift Cards
Gift Cards should be present at the time of service. However, we understand that sometimes Gift Cards can be forgotten, misplaced or lost. In these cases, the Gift Card can be looked up on the computer. When a Gift Card is purchased, the name of the purchaser or recipient is associated with the Gift Card on the computer. The name on the computer must match the person receiving the service. If there is not a matching Gift Card on the system, then the client is responsible for payment of services and products.
If a Gift Card is lost, please talk to a spa coordinator to have the card number looked up on the computer.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for less than 24 hours notice and the full service fee is charged for no-shows.
Arrival
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment allowing ample time to checking-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Medical conditions
If you have any medical conditions, please mention it when you making the appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, let your therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns.
The spa environment
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxations. Out of consideration for other guests, please speak softly throughout the spa. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering the spa.
Children
We love children; however, so that the ambiance within the spa remains as relaxing as possible for all of our guests, we ask you not to bring children to the spa with you unless they are having a spa service. All children under 18 must have parent permission to receive services and an adult must sign the initial consultation form.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly accepted. Calculate the amount of your tip as you would in a restaurant, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
Product return policy
Products in original condition are returnable within 14 days of purchase with receipt for boutique credit.
Valuables
Although a locker and key are provided, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home. Sage is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing items.
Attire
We understand that privacy and modesty are important to our clients. Sage provides you with a private changing room, locker, robe, sandals, and towel. This is your treatment and we want you to feel at ease. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarment if you prefer. Our therapists are trained in the "art of draping", they will leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the table, keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are working on, and will leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. If you ever feel uncomfortable, please address it with your therapist.
